    We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Coordinator Intern to assist the marketing team with various tasks aimed at promoting Budderfly's sustainability solutions and expanding our brand presence.


    Why this Role is Important:


    The Marketing Coordinator Intern plays a crucial role in supporting Budderfly's mission to reduce global carbon emissions by assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

    Through social media management, sales support, internal communications, and other tasks, this role contributes directly to raising awareness about Budderfly's services and driving engagement with our target audience.


    Responsibilities:
    Help with social media, including designing posts and managing paid and organic campaigns
    Help with internal communication projects like creating office slides, planning lunch and learns, etc.
    Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets, and decks
    Support the event team as needed in various event-specific tasks
    Gather and distribute materials, documents, and information to internal teams
    Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision-making
    Attend internal and external meetings and own meeting notes, next steps, and their distribution.
    Maintain Shared Drive, collecting and saving reference documents as well as their distribution
    Lead organization, requests, submissions, and trafficking of creative assets, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
    Provide general department administrative support when needed.

    Qualifications:
    In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    Stellar organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle a workload, working across multiple campaigns simultaneously
    Proven ability to meet deadlines with keen attention to detail across all marketing function.
    Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
    Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and external partners/vendors.
    Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    Passion for sustainability and environmental causes

    Compensation

    $16—$16 USD

    Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
