Job summary

The Office Associate role at RBC Wealth Management involves providing support to ensure branch operations run efficiently. The position requires handling client needs and requests, as well as administrative tasks such as answering calls and managing office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain office supplies including marketing and new account opening materials
  • Support Financial Advisors (FA) and Client Associates (CA) with administrative assistance such as mass mailings and expense reports
