**Description**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist Caf manager in training students and community volunteers

Assist the team with food services, order running, closing procedures, etc

Promote and market the business to attract new customers while maintaining existing customers

Assist with cash flow, daily deposits, student tips and donation receipts as needed

Work collaboratively with the other members of the team (I.e. training center managers, community partners, CSA and DLA staff) to ensure efforts are coordinated in both day-to-day operations and for special events

Ensures the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct to ensure the program remains in compliance with any applicable licensing and ROP policies and procedures

Ensures the safety, health, and welfare of staff and students at all times

Provides encouragement, guidance, and resources to staff and students when needed

Models and ensures all program norms are upheld without compromise

Other duties as assigned, verbally or in written form

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

Act as educational aide

Assist with community service projects

Assist with special events/functions

Participate in site, region, and/or company events as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting

At least one year of experience working with youth

Must be at least 21 years old

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in use of computers and associated software, including social media platforms
