    Logistics Coordinators oversee supply chain operations and ensure the efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution. A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
    • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
      • Arrange shipping of sales orders, purchase orders and transfers
    • Bookings for all international cargo – air/ocean/parcel
      • File of export declaration/SLI/EEI
      • Timely handling of paperwork – ISF – to ensure compliance
      • Booking of HAZMAT freight and Trade Show Freight
    • Coordinate/track all inbound/outbound traffic
    • Create all shipment documentation and forward to proper parties for clearance
    • Scan all paperwork to the Sage portal
    • Handle special documentation requests – COO, COC, proforma, etc.,
    • Manage multiple email inboxes – ; ;
    • Quote parcel and freight shipments
    • Manage Direct Ship and Shipment Tracking Audit reports.
    • Research and initiate claims for missing/damaged products
      • Claim follow up
    • Troubleshoot and resolve package delays
    • Assist as necessary on shipment held by US Customs
    • Assist as necessary for resolution of invoice issues
