Per Diem:
must live 50+ miles from Jobsite

Description:

A carpenter fabricates, assembles, and installs wooden furnishings, in ships or boats using various machines and hand/power tools such as table saw, planer, joiner, saver saw, skill saw, drill motors, staple gun, stud driver, caulking gun, chisels hammer, and handsaw.

Loads and unloads lumber/plywood for transport and storage.

Constructs scaffolding, walls, overhead paneling and builds bunks, locker, galley counters, vanity heads, doors, trimming, consoles for electronic equipment, sashes, molding, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum - 5 years craft experience
• Basic reading and writing skills along with basic math.
• Must be able to read a tape measure (standard and metric)
• Must have knowledge of basic blue prints with little or no supervision
• Must pass drug test and E-Verify
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekend shifts
