    Responsibilities

    As an Industrialization Program Engineer/Analyst in the RWD transmission systems group, your responsibilities will include:

    • Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
    • Lead milestone assessments, presentations (up to Director level), and evidence management.
    • Lead or support TPMT (Transmission Product Management Team) for your commodity
    • Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Vehicle program meetings
    • Collect and enter Integrator assessments
    • Provide Finance, Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing team support
    • Coordinate with Team of Four groups
    • Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM/e3P
    • Support WERS release
    • Support Manufacturing and Capacity Planning PAT's.
    • Coordinate with Transmission Systems Engineers on resolution of all Program issues.
    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone motivated to lead and manage their product to success. I need a self-starter who ideally understands or is willing to learn the client process and is able to motivate others into feeding their components or sub-systems into the requirements for the transmission as a whole, identify problems, identify solutions, and communicate project status to upper management.

    Specific abilities, knowledge and tools that would be helpful:
    • Clear and concise communication both written and spoken
    • Microsoft Office application fluency (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
    • Transmission or Powertrain knowledge
    • WERS, Integrator, FEDE, AIMS, e3p, Team Center
      Bachelor's Degree
