- Run lender meetings including negotiating multifaceted loan agreements and all loan documents
- High-level review and approval of monthly reporting package
- Liaison with world-renowned investors to communicate status of investments
- Oversight of finance and accounting for corporate entities
- Financing assets including but not limited to loans and mortgages
- Working closely with partners and investors
- Develop procedures and models to allocate project costs
- Review contracts and determine revenue recognition methodologies
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA highly preferred
- Real Estate experience required
- Very strong excel skills
