    P&D HVAC is an Owner-Operated, award-winning, high-quality small business with a client base that goes back to 1994 in Northwest AR..

    Our primary customer base is residential, with an emphasis on repair, replacement, and maintaining equipment . Our primary business radius is most of NWA, mostly Bentonville, Bella Vista & surrounding areas.

    We are growing again and this is a unique opportunity for the right person to get involved with a solid locally owned & operated HVAC CO.

    We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician. Someone who is a self-starter, & already knows how to troubleshoot & carry out a proper repair. You must be able to know how and when to sell service agreements & can determine when it is best to recommend replacement.

    This job, for the right person, has long-term & management potential. We are only looking for someone who wants to be part of a solid team and is good with people. Someone who provides excellent customer service, someone who is detail-oriented and provides high-quality workmanship.

    We are a smaller company that takes care of our team members. We feel that we offer a competitive hourly pay structure with incentives and commission programs. After your probationary period, if we decide each other is a good fit, you will qualify for six paid major holidays, vacation pay after one year, and an insurance stipend. We also provide continuing education opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding customer service

    YOU MUST BE ABLE TO clearly communicate and work directly with homeowners and facility and business owners in a friendly, approachable manner.

    You must be able to stay on schedule with client appointments by managing time appropriately.

    Demonstrate the highest quality of workmanship during installations and service calls

    You will have to prove your abilities in troubleshooting, maintenance, and proper installation of HVAC equipment.

    You must be able to ascertain the root cause of a problem and test solutions promptly.

    You must have a proven track record in running service calls and performing PROPER preventative maintenance on equipment.

    You will be expected to follow an employee handbook with expected guidelines including maintaining a professional appearance and being punctual etc.

    You must be able to perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Qualifications:

    Must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable HVAC experience

    Must do high-quality work and be 100% detail-oriented.

    Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, English or Bi-Lingual.

    Must know all of the different pieces of HVAC equipment and own all the proper basic tools.

    Must have the ability to troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and install HVAC equipment.

    Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment and parts.

    Have the skill to manipulate small parts and reach into small spaces.

    Must be able to follow instructions and perform all tasks associated with the responsibilities assigned

    Additional requirements:

    Must have basic hand tools, meters, and gauges. The Company provides other major tools.

    Must provide at least four verifiable references, which will be contacted prior to job offer.

    Must be able to work long days with early mornings and late evenings ON OCCASION

    Must have and maintain a clean driving record.

    Must be able to pass random drug screening if injured.

    MUST BE READY WITH THE NEXT 3-5 DAYS TO START WORKING.
