    Requirements
    PharmD Required
    Pharmacy Residency Training Required
    Acute/Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Experience Required
    Minimum 1 year of experience
    Trauma Level II Experience Required
    Adult Medicine, ED, and/or NICU experience preferred
    Epic Experience Required/Preferred
    Active Texas Pharmacist License (in hand before start date)
    BLS Required

    (ACLS/NIHSS required with submission per compliance)
    Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious exemptions allowed)
