    Role Description

    This is a 36 or 40 hour per week role for a Registered Nurse at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton.

    The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and ensuring the delivery of quality care.

    The Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and evidence-based care to patients.


    Qualifications

    Valid and current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
    Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
    New graduates are welcome to apply
    Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and equipment
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
    Ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
    Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
    Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., ACLS) are a plus
