    The Role:

    We are actively recruiting a Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team, with positions available in our Sugarland, Katy, and The Woodlands branches throughout the lively Houston Metro area. As a Financial Advisor at Roberts Wealth Management, you will be a key player in driving our company's rapid growth. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about financial planning and committed to positively impacting the lives of others, particularly those looking to grow their client base or reach a wider community. To support you in overcoming the challenge of acquiring clients, we provide a roster of potential clients who are interested in your services in financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and insurance planning.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive financial planning for clients, especially those aged 50-75 with significant investable assets.
    • Utilize a variety of financial tools including fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance.
    • Work within our strong marketing operation, leveraging TV and radio shows, digital marketing, and live events to connect with potential clients.
    • Commit to ongoing development and learning to reach your full potential as a financial advisor.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66 License.
    • Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
    • Experience in front of clients is preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Coachable, hard-working, and motivated with a desire to help people and grow with the company.
    • Fluent in Urdu and Hindi
