• Manages personnel: selects, trains, evaluates, and initiates personnel actions.
• Establishes and maintains staffing and schedules, ensuring qualified staff are available.
• Plans and implements staff education and meetings, manages orientation, and provides resources.
• Manages regional budget, maintains productivity, and ensures compliance.
• Promotes organizational goals and maintains professional relationships with vendors.
• Coordinates patient services and guides clinical supervisors.
• Assists with budget preparation and interprets operational indicators.
• Evaluate performance and conduct clinical performance evaluations.
• Oversees maintenance of clinical records and compliance with regulations.
• Manages inventory and equipment for patient services.
• Develops and implements orientation and in-service programs.
• Assists with performance improvement and ensures quality care delivery.
• Assures compliance with licensure and certification laws and standards.
• Stays informed about nursing and home health care field changes.
• Promotes home health referrals in the healthcare community.
• Provides oversight of patient care services and personnel.

Qualifications

• BSN, Master's preferred.
• CA RN.
• 3 years management experience within last 5 years in a home health organization.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
