    POSITION SUMMARY
    Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and regular quality and compliance monitoring.

    Manage, develop, coordinate, and support systems-improvements to promote the highest level of compliance and quality at Washburn Center for Children.


    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
    Clinical Quality
    Complete weekly and monthly quality assurance processes; Assist in Quality Assurance projects as needed
    Manage the Agency's Peer Review Process
    Lead Quality Assurance Team Meetings
    Manage Incident and Grievance logs and work with compliance team to manage process and next steps.
    Help manage compliance with licensing, waivers, uniform standards, etc. by ensuring QA reports are tracking, forms are

    updated, identify training needs, update policy and statues as needed.
    Data Privacy and Compliance
    Monitor updates to HIPAA, MN State Statutes, and other data privacy requirements.
    Provide communication, review/update policies and procedures, and manage training materials related to data privacy.
    Manage breach reporting process
    • Lead Data Privacy Trainings – in person and in the LMS
    Assist in agency preparation for audits and site visit
    Oversee agency policy review and updates
    Manage forms, translation of forms, SharePoint for all things compliance
    SharePoint/Process Improvement
    Under the Associate Director of Compliance and Client Access programs, Support SharePoint processes and assist with other process improvement projects and training materials (Psychiatry, Medical Records, EHR, Compliance, Policies and Procedures)
    Provide consultation/assistance to other programs who are implementing SharePoint projects with coordination from Core Team and/or the Communications Team.
    LEP Oversight
    Manage interpreter/translation requests, complaints
    Work with Chief Operating Officer on these requests/complaints
    Forms Manager
    Manage Client File Forms
    Annual Review of Client File Forms


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, or similar field. Masters degree preferred;
    3+ years of experience in compliance and quality work;
    Strong Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Sharepoint, Access and Excel.
    Experience providing mental health services desired;

    Candidates should have a high attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, advanced project management skills and the ability to work across difference.
