We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:
Supervise activities of all on-site managers.
Oversee and coordinate collection of data from on-site managers.
Review new tenants rental applications submitted by on-site managers.
Order and review credit checks on all tenants.
Provide guidance to on-site managers that investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Provide training to new on-site managers.
Assist on-site managers enforcing property rules and regulations

Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management.
Familiarity with real estate leases and related documents.
Ability to build rapport with owners and on-site managers
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
