Job summary
We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)/Contest Consultants.We'll provide accurate, helpful information to new and existing clients using your knowledge of our products and services. You'll work closely with golf tournament organizers and sponsors, offering golf contest insurance quotes and answering questions by phone and email.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide clear explanations of available products and generate quotes tailored to client needs.
- Assist clients with contract and order status inquiries.
