- Check ins and Check outs of rental equipment before they go out to the customers
- Runs power sweeper through the shop
- Empties scrap metal containers
- Empties trash and transports same to disposal point or appropriate trash collection dumpster
- Picks up and delivers parts for technicians as needed
- Cleans and preps new and used machinery for delivery
- Clean machines and components as needed to prepare equipment for delivery
- Operates floor scrubber, forklift and tenant sweeper as required to perform assigned duties
- Keeps supervisor informed of inventory levels of janitorial supplies
- Operates appropriate powered cleaning equipment as required
- Keeps work and supply areas clean and orderly, and follows all safety rules and procedures
- Works with hazardous waste and receives Hazardous Waste Training every year
- Perform other work-related duties as directed or assigned
- Required to work overtime if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged period of time
- Ability to bend, squat, stand and reach as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction
