Perform daily branch operations, including teller transactions, lending, new accounts and assist members with their financial needs.Proactively generate new loan and membership business through branch sales activities, network with local businesses and participate in community events.
Build market position by locating, developing and closing business relationships. Must have the ability to open Business accounts, referring to Member Business Lending for business lending needs.Process loan applications for all consumer lending products as well as Home Equity and Mortgage loans.
Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, self-service and assisted self-serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced.
Act as a lead in absence of branch manager by assisting and directing the workflow, act as a resource for staff and members to answer complex questions and or resolve non-routine problems that may arise.
