- Identify and qualify meaningful leads, providing a consultative and value-added approach to developing client relationships.
- Educate prospective candidates and clients regarding industry and employment trends and hiring solutions
- Participate in our on-going training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry: identify opportunities, issues, strategies, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation
- Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
- Attend daily meetings designed to allow collaboration and communication between teams
