Job summary
A human resources professional specializing in recruiting physicians and other healthcare professionals for Marin Community Clinics (MCC).This role develops recruitment strategies and sources candidates to extend offers. The Provider Recruiter oversees the effective utilization of our ATS and coordinates third-party recruitment relationships.
The Provider Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying candidates to extending offers.
