    Were looking for an amazing Senior Marketing Specialist to support our newbuild and drydock marketing efforts.

    This is a hybrid position, and can be based in either our Fort Lauderdale, FL or Santa Clarita, CA offices.

    Youll be responsible for managing a wide variety of marketing communications projects from creative inception to execution.

    Your primary objective will be to drive marketing projects highlighting our new ships, fleet improvements that enhance guest experience and drive revenue, while reflecting our brand positioning.

    Projects span the customer journey from prospecting and booking to ship launch and the onboard experience and range from email, web, video, social and print to branding and marketing and tracking on new product and guest experience development.

    Responsibilities+ Initiate marketing communications projects (including the development of creative briefs) while considering input from stakeholders, including business leadership, in-house creative team, production, marketing, entertainment, F&B, social, PR, trade, supply chain, guest experience product development team and others.


    • Deliver exceptional marketing support and project status communication to onboard business areas including, but not limited to:
    Entertainment, Newbuild, Dry Dock, PR, Operations and Marketing teams.

    For the purposes of cross-training, should also be comfortable supporting Guest Experience more generally, including Food and Beverage, Entertainment and Hotel Operations.+ Propose and manage project timelines and cross-channel content and communication releases often adhering to tight schedules and demonstrating a sense of urgency.+ Maintain and drive the update process for ship deck plans on web and app.

    Track performance of communications and report on key milestones. Be a subject matter expert on fleet-wide product offerings.

    Work with guest experience, OBR, and ship design teams to ensure accuracy.+ Manage print production process, new content and timelines in coordination with business owners, dedicated production team and shipboard team.+ May be asked to propose copy or lightly edit as well as to review creative for adherence to brand standards.

    Ability to do light photoshop and graphic design updates a plus.+ Build schedules, keep track of budgets, and manage projects to ensure they are produced and delivered within requested timelines and specifications+ Works with brand librarian and product development to maintain collection of deck plans and product images, brand names and logos+ Support our gift card program by providing input and create assets for promotional campaigns to drive revenue.

    + Minimum 7+ years marketing experience, entertainment, hospitality travel or leisure highly preferred.+ Proven planning, organizational and project management skills.

    Must be able to manage multiple projects at once.+ Strong oral and written communication.

    Must be able to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders across departments and build consensus for decision making.+ Experience with web, app, online advertising, CRM, eCommerce preferred.+ Basic graphic design skills.+ Analytical and problem solving skills.+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

    Base Salary Range:
    $67,800 to $91,500. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
