    DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.

    As a family owned staffing company, DBS is dedicated to finding high-quality employment candidates and matching them with clients in need of exceptional assistance.

    Our client is currently looking for a competent and detail-oriented professional to help maintain accurate financial records and oversee the company's daily transactions.

    Responsibilities

    Perform general bookkeeping duties

    Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly entered into the subsidiary and general ledgers

    Monitor accounts receivable and payable, prepare bank reconciliations.

    Process credit card payments, verify invoices.

    Generate financial reports.

    Provide support to clients as needed, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

    Requirements

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage competing priorities

    Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
