    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Learning & Performance - Sales and Relationship Management Operations to join our Learning and Leadership Development team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida or Pittsburgh, PA on a HYBRID schedule.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
    • Curate and create Sales and Relationship Management Operations role-based learning programs using the most current learning modalities to increase on-the-job performance - as prioritized by the Learning Lead and People Partner team.
    • Partner and build relationships with Sales and Relationship Management Operations communities of practice SME's and a range of content vendors such as Udemy and LinkedIn to launch high visibility and complex based learning initiatives.
    • Recommend effective learning and non-learning solutions to resolve people-related business challenges and opportunities, achievement of desired outcomes, and improvement in key business performance metrics
    • Ensuring large scale, global, strategic learning initiatives are successfully implemented by either facilitating classes (particularly in Strategic Growth Centers) and also managing the administration required to deliver learning on time, to the right people, via our learning experience platform.
    • Support end to end project management of L&D trainings and deliverables (e.g. training logistics)

    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • Understanding of the theories and models that underpin effective adult learning, and ability to apply this when designing solutions for different audiences.
    • Previous experience supporting Sales Line of Business
    • Strong communication skills including the ability to write for different audiences, presenting both virtually and in-person when required, "reading the room" to flex and adapt and consulting with key stakeholders
    • Talented multi-tasker can manage multiple projects/deliverables at a time.
    • Problem solver, brings solutions to the table when roadblocks come up
    • Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, financial services, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous and demonstrated experience in an Agile environment.
    • Coaching and Influencing Skills: Asks powerful questions to diagnose root issues; leverages a variety of techniques to align stakeholders towards common goals and courses of action. Naturally curious
    • LMS and LXP knowledge e.g., Degreed, in a global organization; and working with third party vendors.
