- Associate degree or equivalent technical training/certification
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanical system design

- 2+ years of work experience in energy modeling and energy saving calculations
- LEED AP
- Fundamental knowledge of building system operation

- Self starter and ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Knowledge of LEED Documentation
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of utility incentive application process is a plus
- CEM and/or BEMP desired but are not required.

Description
Mechanical or Energy Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience producing building simulation models for a new Energy Department within an MEP Consulting Firm. Applicant must be experienced in EQuest, Energy Plus, or Design Builder software. Applicant will provide analysis, consulting, and verification services to help clients determine and achieve target levels of energy efficiency and sustainability for building projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
