- Liaison to families, parents, guardians, and community providers
- Engage families to overcome barriers and enhance success
- Guide families through treatment phases and connect to community resources
- Complete intake assessments and develop recommendations
- Collaborate with team on service meetings and aftercare planning
- Provide strategic case management and skill development
- Facilitate parent support groups and educate families on the court system
- Maintain documentation compliance and participate in quality assurance activities
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include familiarity with case management, community resources, and office software; effective communication; and prioritization skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, or Human Services with at least 2 years of experience with justice-involved youth
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented with a valid Driver's License
