    Job Description

    Eco Scapes of Texas is hiring a landscape delivery driver who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the business. We are looking for an energetic team player who is self-motivated, safety oriented and customer service driven to join our team. The delivery driver will be responsible for transporting goods and material to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires medium to heavy lifting and driving a company vehicle. If you have a valid driver's license, good driving record and the ability to handle the responsibilities of this position, we encourage you to apply.

    Duties/Requirements include but not limited to:


    • Load and unload material into truck and/or trailers.


    • Operate light equipment machinery ie. Skid steer/dingo.


    • Knowledge of landscape materials-plants, rock and mulch.


    • Install small enhancement projects as needed due slow periods.


    • Safely transport material to designated locations.


    • Follow delivery schedule and routes efficiently.


    • Inspect vehicle and trailers used to transport material for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.


    • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any incidents that occur.


    • Valid driver's license with a good driving, MVR record.


    • Do NOT need a CDL.


    • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role a plus.


    • Ability to lift medium objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
    • Knowledge of local driving regulations along with safety standards.


    • Strong communication skills.


    • Organizational skills.


    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


    • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.


    • Pass a drug test and background check.


    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
