Position Summary:
As the Medical Services Program Manager, you will report to the Associate Director of Medical Services and be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of nurses and nurse practitioners. Your role involves ensuring adherence to clinical standards, evidence-based practices, and proper scopes of practice while fostering a cohesive team environment and delivering quality patient care.

The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a minimum of two years' experience in clinical treatment services, previous supervisory experience, special skills in Electronic Health Records (EHR), good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and knowledge of team management/supervision. Additional requirements include specific licenses and certifications.
