Large, publicly traded real estate company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to add to their team.

This role will oversee a staff of 2 and be involved in month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, and internal controls.

We are targeting candidates with 4-7 years of accounting experience. While this role will have oversight of a team, prior management experience is not required. CPA and/or public accounting is a plusResponsibilitiesMonthly, quarterly, and yearly GL close supportQuarterly and yearly financial reportingManage fixed assetsEnsure controls are in compliance with SOXPrepare budgets for various business segmentsAdditional ad hoc projects as neededQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business4-7 years of relevant experienceCPA and/or public accounting is a plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with US GAAP, SEC, and SOXDetail oriented and team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
