    Description

    My client is a prestigious Financial services firm located in midtown Manhattan.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
    • Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
    • Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
    • Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
    • Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc.
    • Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree is required
    • Previous financial services experience is preferred
    • 2-8 years of campus recruiting experience, in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills
    • Team player with a positive attitude

    The annual base salary range is $80k to $120k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
