Job summary
We're looking for an IT Support Analyst I to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst I will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading computer systems software and peripherals. You'll provide day-to-day technical support across the organization and help improve systems performance ensuring a seamless user experience.Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field (or equivalent education and experience)
- Must reside in Florida and be able to travel to Daytona Beach or Ocala FL as needed
- Valid Florida Class E driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong understanding of computer hardware networks and business software
