    Full-time · Mid-Senior Managerial Level

    Skills: technical customer service; experience with analytical equipment including the following: ICP, Flame AA, Ion Chromatography; full laboratory experience beyond just use of analytical instrumentation; field industrial experience installing/working with chemical separations equipment and processes; experience either as chemist who has worked with engineers in performing projects or chemical engineer who has worked with chemists in performing projects; knowledge and/or experience in the area of inorganic chemistry with emphasis on inorganic salts, acids, etc.; mechanical capability and skills.

    IBC Advanced Technologies, Inc. (IBC) is a global company that manufactures and supplies highly selective separations systems based on Molecular Recognition TechnologyTM (MRTTM). IBC is searching for a qualified candidate to lead the technical customer service effort to IBC's international client base.

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage IBC's technical customer service effort including interface with IBC's chemists, chemical engineers, technical service lab and marketing team

    · Work with IBC's international customer base to implement technical solutions based on IBC's MRTTM separation systems

    Qualifications:

    · Graduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) in inorganic/physical chemistry, chemical engineering or related field with industrial experience in separations science and engineering

    · Several years of experience managing a technical customer service team and working with customers to implement separation systems

    · Highly developed managerial and customer service skills
