    This position will be supporting Class A office buildings located in beautiful downtown San Jose.

    Responsibilities and DutiesMaintaining tenant and vendor relationsMentoring and developing employeesManaging tenant and ownership expectationsCommunicating with tenants on various work order requests or escalated facility issuesNegotiating vendor terms and pricingManaging and following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services providedOverseeing financials for the propertiesProviding guidance to staff in regard to receivables and payablesOverseeing CapEx and TI projectsReviewing vendor bids and selecting contractorsFollowing up with tenants on various requestsPreparing CAM reconciliationsPreparing budgets and variance reportingCreating cash flow analysis and proformasReviewing financials and providing findings to OwnershipProviding suggestions to Ownership team of changes or improvements potentially neededCommunicating with prospective tenants to provide information on spaceWorking with Administrator to coordinate property eventsWorking on green projects and initiativesQualifications and SkillsBA or BS degree5+ years as a Property Manager in commercialCA RE license desiredAbility to work well with a teamAbility to work well under deadlinesStrong customer service skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
