- You have a background in settings such as Psych, Mental Health, Corrections, Hospital/ER etc
- You possess a measure of grit, backbone and discernment and are not easily persuaded
- You take pride in your work, charting and abilities to perform at the highest level
- You enjoy drama-free environments where you don't have to deal with patient families, State Surveys, job responsibilities such as cleaning, bathing, lifting etc.
- You love knowing you are advocated for and backed up by your company and management
- Valid LPN or RN licensure
- A minimum of six months of recent medical experience
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
