NaphCare is seeking to hire an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team of medical professionals in the Pueblo County Detention Center in Pueblo Colorado We currently have a PRN position available Pay rates range from $21.15-$23.00 per hour
- Responding to emergencies administering medications and coordinating with other staff to ensure inmate health and safety
- Assist with performing patient assessments interviewing patients about current health problems medication history Taking vital signs including blood pressure temperature respiration and weight draw blood Documenting medical history including medications treatment and medical conditions Assisting with the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies within the facility Complete intake screening Administer and read PPD Ensuring the safety and security of inmates and staff during medical procedures transport Observingand reporting changes in patients physical or mental health nurses
