    Location:
    Beaufort, South Carolina

    Pay Rate:
    $25+ per hour (based on qualifications)

    Schedule:
    M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm EST

    Status:
    Temp to hire


    What you'll be doing:
    The Logistics Group Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Cross-Docking operations for window covering products. This includes the process of unloading, sortation, palletizing, and ensuring damage-free shipments.
    Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers, dockworkers, and dockhands.
    Monitor dock production, ensuring facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met and exceeded.
    Monitor hours and overtime.
    Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards.
    Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.
    Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.
    Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
    Perform other duties as assigned by managers.


    Qualifications:
    Shipping and/or Management experience preferred.
    Forklift certification preferred.
    Disciplined with attention to detail.
    Team-focused with strong leadership skills.
    Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
