Job summary

We are recruiting a General Manager USA for one of our clients an international industrial group specialized in high precision mechanical and transmission systems serving motorsport performance automotive and high technology industrial applications recognized as a leader in its field.

Responsibilities

As head of the US subsidiary you are responsible for the overall performance and development of the American operations combining operational leadership commercial development and strategic contribution.
You pilot the daily operations of the subsidiary oversee its commercial financial and organizational performance and ensure alignment with Group priorities.
You lead and develop a local team of five people fostering clarity structure and engagement in a highly technical environment.
