- Possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations management.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Maintain a current, unrestricted KY Pharmacist License.
- Previous experience in personnel or team management is essential.
- Additional state licensure is desirable.
- Preference for candidates with experience in retail, hospital, or highvolume/mailorder pharmacy settings.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards is required.
