    Boston Hire is seeking an order management / operations specialist to join a small and wonderful family owned business. You will be a large part of the customer service team and help with orders, customer requests, and act as a communicator on behalf of the team.

    You must have experience with customer service / order managing for an electrical, products, or construction company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
    • Generate sales leads and communicate with the sales team
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - and follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions on internal databases
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Route inbound opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
    • Team with channel partners to build pipeline
    • Coordinate all post-sale data-entry

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
    • Familiarity working with internal databases
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer-service mentality
    • Ability to manage competing priorities
