    As the Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of the company to ensure smooth business operations, efficient supply chain management, and exceptional customer service.


    Responsibilities:


    Operations Forecastingwith 3PL and GA internal team to provide full operational forecast for all warehouse locations to ensure optimal operational warehouse labor plan based on product launches, marketing focuses and B2B orders and drop timing.inbound forecast information to all 3PL package forecasts to carriers to ensure capacity.

    Inventory Managementfor inventory management across the GA Networkdaily inventory reconciliation and investigation of inventory variances across all locations.backorders resulting from inventory variances between GA ERP and WMSweekly and monthly inventory review with both Finance and Logistics teams.inventory shrinkage with 3PL inventory analysis to maximize fill rates and make informed decisions on stock replenishment and inventory optimization.

    Reverse Logisticsreverse Logistics process for B2C and B2B and concise returns processing instructions for actively minimize returns damage rates.

    Logistics KPI and Dashboard-for building Logistics statistics and data for communication throughout the maintain Dashboard for Logistics performance both within the Logistics organization and for presenting to the Executive Leadership.

    Small Packagesmall package rates and package invoices for accuracy and file for refunds where applicable.shipment methodology to minimize small package spend including bag/carton sizing, and shipment zone management.carrier analysis to ensure best in class delivery and transit time to customer.

    Supplies Managementsupplies management and partner sourcing for warehouse maintain min/max levels for fulfillment supplies across all locations and business channels.

    >Qualifications and Skills:


    Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in operations management within the apparel or fashion industry.

    Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
    Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
    Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and other operational tools. Preferred experience using NetSuite.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to manage complex Excel spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI and data management.


    Working Conditions:
    Fast-paced office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities and warehouses.
    Ability to work flexible hours to oversee operations across different time zones or locations.
    Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
    Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
