Operations Representative Responsibilities

:

Review and respond to conversations in Banno
Provide phone support to customers
Process various types of account maintenance
Process Visa check card applications and maintenance
Address change scanning validation
Filing various forms and maintenance

Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
