Job description

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistance

Shift hours: Friday and Saturday 9:30am-6pm Sunday 12:30pm-5pm

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
