    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with business users to identify and define data that needs to be archived from decommissioned applicationsWork closely with technical teams to draft comprehensive requirements for data archiving, ensuring the preservation of critical business informationAnalyze business processes and requirements to determine the necessary reporting functionalities required to maintain business continuity post-application decommissioningCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutionsDocument detailed requirements and specifications for applications that require re-platforming to modern technologies, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy systemsParticipate in scrum ceremonies, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that ariseProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the retail and supply chain domainQualifications:

    4+ years' experience working as a Business AnalystStrong understanding of data management principles and experience with data archiving processesProficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentationExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyRetail or supply chain environment preferredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferredExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
