    Description

    Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) play a crucial role in meeting the nursing needs of residents while embracing our "Philosophy for person-directed Care." Your main focus will be to create a safe and nurturing environment where residents, staff, and visitors can engage in the daily life rhythm of our residents.

    You will be instrumental in assigning tasks in collaboration with care partners, ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction.

    To excel in this position, you should have:

    • Current LVN/LPN license in the state of application
    • Active CPR certification
    • Prior experience in nursing, preferably in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute/sub-acute care settings

    Shift:
    Full-Time Assisted Living PM Shift

    Starting Rate:
    $44.00 per hour (Rate may vary based on experience)
