    THE ROLE
    As our Practice Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our studio, ensuring everything runs seamlessly, our staff and schedule are supported, and our clients always leave happier and feeling better than when they arrived.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Front-of-House Management: Be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome to all who enter Function, manage customer service including appointment booking, point-of-sale exchanges and policy enforcement. Hire and manage reception staff as appropriate and necessary.
    • Business Development Support: Assist in driving the business forward, working closely with the owner to implement growth strategies and pursue a vision for expanded operations.
    • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between our virtual assistant, marketing team, and the rest of our health provider staff, coordinating efforts and fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient studio functioning.
    • Content Contribution: Help generate engaging content for our marketing efforts, including creative contributions to social media, email campaigns, and in-studio creative content.
    • Accountability Partnership: Work alongside the owner to keep track of business goals and personal tasks, providing support, accountability, and strategy collaboration to drive our vision forward.
    • Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek ways to elevate our clients' experience at Function, and engage guests for feedback.
    • Leadership and Initiative: Take charge of projects and initiatives, tackle pressing concerns as they arise, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach. Support local awareness in our community.

    COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
    $52,000 annual starting salary, Minnesota ESST Paid Sick Leave (1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked). Starting salary allows an opportunity for merit and performance increases as responsibilities change and efficiencies are proven. This hire is intended to support business growth and vision, and therefore is expected to expand in both wage and scope with that vision. If the right person brings energy and expertise to expedite results, we want this to escalate quickly


    WORK SCHEDULE + EXPECTATIONS
    30-hour scheduled work week (9am-3pm) with expected additional hours when necessary and appropriate. As a salaried manager, you may be accountable for taking action in unexpected circumstances and fulfilling management responsibilities outside of standard scheduled work hours.
