- Research and identify companies that fit our target markets
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within our targeted demographic
- Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies
- Cold call to close full life cycle sales
- Generate leads and set appointments with a combination of email marketing and cold-calling strategies
- Lead sales presentations, providing information about our services to new leads via phone, email, and/or web conference
- Test, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate account records of information and supplies needed to support sales activities with all assigned customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals; reporting weekly to the department head
- Attend industry-relevant tradeshows and events
- Engage in other sales-related activities and educational activities as directed
- To be successful in this role, you must have a "Hunter" mentality and approach to prospecting and appointment-setting
- Prior success setting appointments in a B2B sales environment or a strong desire to learn
- Prior success in a Lead Generation role or a strong desire to learn
- Solid relationship-building and conversational skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create, deliver, and follow up on email marketing efforts
- Motivated, self-starter with excellent drive, ambition, and work ethic
- Ability to perform at a high level with minimal management involvement
- Strong oral and written communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Proficient in computers and software applications, including Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets & G-suite
- Reliable transportation and a clean background
- Must be willing and able to do light in-state travel to visit clients sites and marketing events
- Highschool Diploma
