    The Job Center Staffing is looking to hire a people-first Bilingual Staffing Supervisor (English and Spanish) within a fast-paced environment in Plainfield, IN.

    The Bilingual Staffing Supervisor is a critical role within The Job Center, responsible for recruiting, staffing, client relationships, administrative tasks, and more to deliver high quality service for both clients and associates.

    We are looking for a dynamic individual to help one of our growing offices in a busy market.

    Responsibilities of a

    Bilingual Staffing Supervisor:
    Recruiting –


    Effectively source, influence, and screen candidates from digital job boards, in–person job fairs, and other activities related to attracting qualified candidates.

    Interview Candidates

    – Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and how well they fit into the client culture, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

    Onboard Candidates

    – Guide new hires through the orientation process, ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance regulations, and facilitating a smooth integration into the client's culture and position expectations

    Associate Management

    – Support Associates on assignment, providing exceptional customer service, and helping solve issues. Detailed documentation of timecards, challenges, terminations, and redeployment.

    Client Management

    – Build positive relationships with Clients to ensure their workforce needs are met, support changes in policy, and all other human resources related functions.

    Skills and Qualifications of a

    Bilingual Staffing Supervisor:
    Energetic

    – Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to engage with candidates and clients to achieve recruitment, staffing, and account goals effectively.

    Communication

    – Able to clearly express ideas, actively listen to others, and build strong connections with candidates and clients through effective verbal and written communication.

    Detail Oriented

    – Attention to small details, like candidate qualifications and compliance requirements, to ensure all aspects of the recruitment process run smoothly and efficiently

    Self Starter/Initiative

    – Taking the lead in tasks, being proactive in finding candidates, and not waiting to be told what to do, but instead taking the initiative to drive the recruitment process forward independently.

    Adaptability

    – Flexible and able to adjust quickly to changes in priorities, candidate needs, or market conditions, ensuring successful navigation through various recruitment challenges

    Computer Literacy

    – Comfortable and proficient in using computer programs and technology to manage candidate databases, conduct online research, and communicate effectively through emails and digital platforms

    Requirements of a

    Bilingual Staffing Supervisor:
    Language Proficiency

    – Must be able to speak, understand, and write English and Spanish fluently.

    Experience –

    Willing to train the right, motivated candidate, experience as a Recruiter a plus

    Technology –

    Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email) required, experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus

    Communication –

    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Organized –

    Excellent organizational skills, able to pull information efficiently and effectively.

    Screenings

    – Must complete a background check and drug screen.

    Compensation

    – $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus Commission Package
