    Primary purpose of the role:
    The

    Abatement Project Manager


    role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of our core services and the efficient deployment and utilization of the teams.


    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Asbestos Abatement Project Manager to oversee all aspects of asbestos removal projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos abatement regulations, project management, and safety protocols.

    They will be responsible for coordinating project teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.


    What you will be doing each day:
    Manage a team of supervisors, lead technicians, technicians, and techs in training
    Create and collaborate with supervisors to schedule for daily projects
    Follow up on pending sales projects as needed
    Manage budget for projects
    Responsible for completing, tracking, and managing data as related to projects in a timely manner.

    What you'll need in order to succeed:5 years experience in asbestos/lead abatement
    Supervisory Experience
    Must possess good communication skills and be able to effectively communicate our processes with our clients
    Able to comply with our industries safety standards
    Ability to problem solve and think in a fast-paced environment
    Proof of a clean driving record
    Ability to show proficient use of technology, computers, software, systems, and mobile devices.

    Working Conditions:


    This is a physically demanding role that may involve working in confined spaces, wearing protective gear and respirators, and potentially being exposed to hazardous materials.

    The Abatement Technician will primarily work indoors in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities that require abatement services.
    This role may require occasional travel to project sites outside of Oahu.

    Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience
