We team closely with our corporate finance and restructuring colleagues on various projects and accounts. Primary activities include executing transaction advisory engagements business development internal practice development engagement management operating as the lead officer on client accounts helping direct efforts of associates contributing to various growth initiatives networking with prospects assisting initiating marketing efforts collaborating closely with colleagues- Primary activities will include executing buy-side sell-side capital raise restructuring transaction advisory engagements business development internal practice development overall engagement management
- Assist in leading client meetings review models technical accounting analyses deliver work product presentations confidently.
