    ROLE DESCRIPTION: Account Manager - Sales
    Vahan Grigorian Agency (a State Farm Office)
    is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Account Manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.     RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
    • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
    • This role is sales focused
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, or telemarketing) preferred.
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
    • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
    • Must already have active Property & Casualty license, and Life/Health license.
    • Must have previous experience working in an Insurance Office, State Farm experience preferred.

    Please note this is a sales role, and we are looking for someone with a go-getter attitude, that can reach out to the office's provided leads professionally and timely. Someone with previous insurance office experience and who is already fully licensed.
