Description

Job title: Licensed Therapist LMFT/LPCC/LCSW

Hiring licensed therapists in the Santee office to join our team of therapists at all locations who love working with children and teens.

We are an outpatient private practice. Referrals and marketing are provided. Join a dynamic, happy team at a thriving practice without having to worry about running your own business. Requirements:

Must have two years of experience working with youth.
Must be available to see clients on evenings or weekends or evenings and up week up to 40 hours per week in the office. Support by clinical lead onsite.
Must be licensed in CA and already have a license number. One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully long-term commitment with our therapist team.

Job Type:

Part time to full time - 8 up to 40 hours per week

Experience:

Counseling youth: 2 years (required).
Willingness to grow as an clinician
Open to a wide variety of clients and ages
Ability to receive feedback from the clinical leader and open for growth.
Knowledge of suicide presentation and best practices in emergent clinical situations.
Knowledge of abuse reporting standards.
Willingness to work with couples (preferred).
Team player (required).
