  • The job involves developing and coordinating residential communities of approximately predominantly undergraduate students that augment and extend the intellectual climate of the University.
  • The job requires strong supervisory, administrative, communication, and counseling skills as well as initiative to work autonomously or in a team. Strong leadership functions also include assessing needs develop outcomes create intentional learning opportunities establish working relationships select train supervise evaluate an inclusive staff advise provide oversight for community governments programs participate fully in committees initiatives develop implement professional development plan.
